Chapter VI: Elijah and the Holy Name

FOR FROM THE RISING OF THE SUN UNTO THE GOING DOWN OF THE SAME MY NAME SHALL BE GREAT AMONG THE GENTILES; and in every place incense (prayer) shall be offered unto my Name, and a pure offering: for my Name shall be great among the heathen, saith the Lord…(Malachi 1:11).

Blessed be the Name of the Lord from this time forth and forever more.

From the RISING OF THE SUN UNTO THE GOING DOWN OF THE SAME shall the Lord’s Name be praised.

The Lord is high above all nations, and his Glory above the heavens.

Who is like unto the Lord our God (YHVH our Elohim), who dwelleth on High?…(Psalm 113:1-5),

The Mystery of the Name YHVH is discovered in the dimensions of the Tree of Life

I will wait upon THY NAME…(Psalm 52:9).


Save me O God, by THY NAME, and by THY GREAT STRENGTH(Psalm 54:1).


Save with THY RIGHT HAND(Psalm 60:5).


Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; He will hear him from his holy habitation, with the saving strength of HIS RIGHT HAND …(Psalm 20:6).


And now, O Lord God of Israel, that hast brought thy people out of the land of Egypt WITH A MIGHTY HAND, AND HIGH ARM, and with signs and with wonders, and with GREAT POWER, and hast gotten thyself a Name, as appeareth this day…(Baruch 2:11).

In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judea,

And saying, Repent ye, for the kingdom of God is AT HAND .

For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying, The Voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the Way of the Lord, MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT…(Matthew 3:1-3)…

The difference between John’s baptism and Paul’s baptism (Acts 18:23 to Acts 19:7) is the difference between the names YHWH – YHShWH and Hesus or (Acts 17:16-31…KJV).

For my Name is in him…(Exodus 23:21). (YHVH…10 – 5 – 6 – 5).

The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, MAKE STRAIGHT in the desert a highway for our God…

Behold, the Lord God (YHVH-Elohim) will come with A STRONG HAND, and HIS ARM shall rule for him: behold his reward is with him, and his work before him…(Isaiah 40:3, 10).


There was a man sent from God whose name was John.

The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light…

He came unto his own, but his own received him not.

But as many as received him, to them gave he POWER (the Power of the Right Hand) to become the children of God, EVEN TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON HIS NAME…(John 1:1-13).


Father glorify thy Name. Then came a voice from heaven, saying, I HAVE both glorified it, AND WILL glorify it AGAIN...(YHVH)…(John 12:28).


And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set HIS HAND a SECOND TIME to recover the remnant of His people…(Isaiah 11:11).


“This is that which is said, Exodus xv.6: ‘Thy Right Hand, O Tetragrammaton, is marvelous in Power; with Thy Right Hand, O Tetragrammaton wilt Thou dash in pieces the enemy; seeing that therein are stirred up Thy mercies. Therefore, from either side is the Arm…because it is said to (to be) on either side of Tiphereth (the number Six–the center of the Oracle). For it is written, Isa.63:12: ‘That led Moses to his Right Hand, by the Arm of his Tiphereth.’ The first expression denoteth the Right; but the ‘Arm’ denoteth the Left; for it is written ‘By the Arm of his Tiphereth,’ one (side) with the other.” Kabbalah Unveiled, the Greater Holy Assembly, p.237.


Embark ye on the Ark, IN THE NAME OF GOD BE ITS COURSE and mooring. For my Lord is, be sure, oft forgiving and Most Merciful(Sura XI.41).


Nay, verily, by the Moon. And by the Night as it retreateth. And by the Dawn as it shineth forth.

This is but one of the mighty (portents), A warning to mankind (a warning to Islam), To any of you that choose to press forward, Or to follow behind.

Every soul will be (held) in pledge for its deeds EXCEPT THE COMPANIONS OF THE RIGHT HAND…(Sura LXXIV.32-39).


And all the people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the Name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of thee…(Deuteronomy 28:10).


“For there is nothing which can break the power of the heathen nations save the Power of the Torah…For as long as there are faithful students of the Torah the Right Hand is powerful and breaks down the dominion of the heathen, and therefore the Torah is called Strength, as it says, ‘The Lord shall give Strength to his people.’ (Psalm 29:11).” Zohar III.58b.


Then there shall be A PLACE which the Lord thy God shall choose TO CAUSE HIS NAME (YHVH) TO DWELL THERE; thither shalt thou come…(Deuteronomy 12:11).


I was glad when they said unto me, LET US GO INTO THE HOUSE OF HA-SHEM (The House of THE NAME)…(Psalm 122:1).


“JE HOVAH…is a mispronunciation of the Hebrew name, resulting from combining the consonants of that name, YHVH, with the vowels of the word Adonay , ‘lord,’ (Y-A-H-O-V-A-H), which the Jews substituted for the proper name in reading the scriptures. In such cases of substitution the vowels of the word which is to be read are written in the Hebrew text with the consonants of the word which is not to be read. The consonants of the word to be substituted are ordinarily written in the margin; but inasmuch as Adonay was regularly read instead of the ineffable YHVH, it was deemed unnecessary to note the fact at every occurrence. When Christian scholars began to study the Old Testament in Hebrew, if they were ignorant of this general rule or regarded the substitution as a piece of Jewish superstition, reading what actually stood in the text, they would inevitably pronounce the name Jehovah…

Several centuries before the Christian era the name YHVH had ceased to be commonly used by the Jews. Some of the later writers of the Old Testament employ the appelative Elohim, God, prevailingly or exclusively. A collection of Psalms (Ps. 42 to 83), was revised by an editor who changed the YHVH of the authors into Elohim…observe also the frequency of the ‘Most High,’ ‘the God of Heaven,’ “King of heaven,’ in Daniel. The oldest Greek versions (Septuagint), from the third century B.C., consistently use ‘Kirios’ (Lord), where the Hebrew has YHVH, corresponding to the substitution of Adonay for YHVH in reading the original…

Josephus, who as a priest knew the pronunciation of the name, declares that religion forbids him to divulge it. (It will also be seen that Josephus was an initiate into the Christian mysteries); Philo calls it ineffable, and says that it is lawful for those only WHOSE EARS AND TONGUES are purified by Wisdom to hear and utter it in a holy place (that is, for priests in the temple); and in another passage, commenting on Leviticus 24:15,16, ‘If any one, I do not say should blaspheme against the Lord of men and gods, but should even dare to utter his name unseasonably, let him expect the penalty of death.’…

22 Pathways…That they may be called Trees of Righteousness…(Isaiah 61:1-3).

In the liturgy of the temple the name was pronounced in the priestly benediction (Numbers 6:27)…On the Day of Atonement the High Priest uttered the name Ten times in his prayers and benediction. In the last generations before the fall of Jerusalem, however, it was pronounced in a low tone so that the sound were lost in the chants of the priests.” The Encyclopedia Judaica.


“The secret of the Name belongs to the study of the law, which is the work of the people of faith, the reference being not to the expounded (or outer) law, but to that of the secret doctrine…But prayer and good works are said otherwise to promote unity in the Name of God. And this is the attention that should occupy the priest when he proceeds to the work of sacrifice. We shall see…that there has (also) been a division brought about between the Four sacramental letters comprised in the Hebrew Name…and there is a very true sense in which it is the work of man to make an end of this separation…

The complete Name is YHVH-Elohim, and the work which devolves on all sons and daughters of the Doctrine is to make evident on earth that YHVH is indeed Elohim, even as these Divine Hypostases are One in heaven. (This kind of union is between Male and Female). It is affirmed elsewhere that the Glory of the Sacred Name must be the end of all our works…(and) this is the Glory of Union. A part of the Sacred Name is allotted to those who possess the hidden Law…The meaning is that those who live the Doctrine are those alone who possess it, and God is the life of these. (See Romans 2:11-29). We shall realize the sense in which it is defined…and shall not fail to understand THAT THE SACRED NAME IS REVEALED BY SUCCESSIVE STAGES. It is revealed in proportion as it is lived and becomes alive within us–a simple matter of growth, but very deep withal…

We shall understand in like manner…how the Name is revealed at once, because there is ever ‘a deep below the deep, and a height above the height’ of its knowledge, while forever they grow therein who study and exemplify that Doctrine which is both Name and Law.” The Holy Kabbalah, by A. “The Holy Blessed One is Life, and Shekinah also is Life. Whence it is written: ‘She (meaning Shekinah)’, but the scriptural reference is to Wisdom is a Tree of Life to them that lay hold upon Her. (Proverbs 3:18). The Shekinah of Kabbalism is not, however, merely the visible splendour which shone in the Holy of Holies. The Faithful Shepherd affirms that the Holy Blessed One is concealed in the mysteries of the Torah and is known or manifested by the commandments, for these are the Shekinah and this is His image…

As He is humble, so is Shekinah humility; as He is benevolent, so She is benevolence; as He is strong, so is She the strength of all the nations of the earth; as He is the Truth, so the Truth is She; as He is the prophet, so She is the prophetess (as well as the focus of Prophecy itself); as He is righteous, so She is righteousness; as He is king, so She is Queen; as He is wise, so She is wisdom; as He is intelligent, so She is intelligence; as he is the Crown, so She is His diadem, the Crown of Glory (Please understand Revelation 12:1,2)

He, His interior internally, She, His exterior externally, so that no difference subsists between Her the outward and Him the inward, as She is an outflow from the One; and hence all difference is removed between external and internal, and as, further, the inner structure of YHVH is concealed, therefore is He only named with the Shekinah, that is to say, Adonai. (or Elohim).” The Holy Kabbalah. p.162.


“In the Qabala we find that the Ancient of Days conforms Him and Herself simultaneously into the Father and Mother, and thus begets a son. (See Psalm 2:7). Now this Mother is Elohim. Again, we are usually told that the Holy Spirit is masculine. But the words RVCh (Ruach) Spirit, are feminine, as appears from the following passage of the Sefer Yetzirah: ‘ AChTh RVCh ALHIM ChIIM…Achath (feminine, not Achad, masculine) Ruach Elohim Chiim.’ ‘One is She the Spirit of the Elohim of Life.'” The Kabbalah Unveiled, p.22.


We next have to consider Her relation to the letters of Tetragrammaton. The Heh which is above, meaning the first Heh of the Sacred Name, is the symbol of the Shekinah in transcendence, while the Heh final represents the Shekinah below, or in manifestation, connected with the idea of Malkhuth. According to one account, She has been in manifestation so long as the world was created. She is, however, above and below at one and the same time–there encompassed by twelve sacred legions and the supreme HAYOTH, or Living Ones, hereby the twelve sacred tribes of Israel. (Again, see Revelation 12:1,2). The Yod and the Heh constitute the Father and the Mother: these are YHVH and Elohim…From the constant and ardent love of Heh and Yod there issues Vau, conceived and born of Heh, who also nourishes Vau…

THE VAU IS THE MALE CHILD OR THE SON. The Yod of the Sacred Name is ever united to the primal Heh, and when the Vau is also joined thereto it is union everywhere, including that which should obtain between Vau and Heh final.The Yod of the Sacred Name designates the Supreme Thought, while the Heh designates Shekinah, as the Heart of Love in that Thought.” The Holy Kabbalah, pp.345, 346.

(Please understand the relationship between Hannah’s song at 1 Samuel 2:1-10 and the daughter of (H)anna’s magnificat at Luke 1:45-55 (KJV), and then the birth narrative at Luke, chapter 2. And please be aware that Luke was a disciple of Paul).

“The sages of Israel relate: The Almighty created the world in the same manner as a Child is formed in its mother’s womb. Just as a Child begins to grow from its navel and then develops in full form, so the world began from a central point and developed in all directions.

The Navel of the World is Jerusalem and its core is the great altar in the Holy Temple.

Within Old Jerusalem rises Mount Moriah, upon which stood the Holy Temple, the shrine of the people of Israel. On the summit lies a Big Rock, the FOUNDATION STONE, because the world was founded on it. For Isaiah says: Thus saith the Lord God: behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a Stone.” The Legends of Jerusalem.

Therefore, thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a Foundation Stone, a Tried Stone, a Precious Corner Stone, a Sure Foundation; HE THAT BELIEVETH WILL NOT MAKE HASTE (As the Zionist movement did at the turn of the the 20th century when it left Vienna for Palestine).

Judgment will I also lay to the line (the line that leads along the central Pillar on the Tree of Life, through the place named Tipheret, or Beauty), and righteousness to the plummet: and the Hail (compare Deuteronomy 32:1,2) will sweep away the refuge of lies, AND THE WATERS SHALL OVERFLOW THE HIDING PLACE(Isaiah 28:16-17).

Matthew 21:42-44; Ephesians 2:17-22; 1 Peter 2:6-8


“In the Book of Ecclesiastes it is said: ‘He hath made everything BEAUTIFUL in its time; He also hath set the Word in their heart;’ yet so that man cannot find out the work that God hath done from the beginning even to the end, the Divine Name was engraved of the Foundation Stone, and the Lord guarded it in great secresy, so as not to arrouse the evil inclinations in the hearts of men, who would desire to know with its help all that shall come to pass in the end of time, until eternity.

When king David had dug the Foundation of the temple, he found a Stone resting on the mouth of the Abyss (see Revelation 9:11) with the Divine Name on it. He put the Stone in the Holy of holies in the Temple. The sages of Israel began to fear lest some young men might learn the Divine Name and destroy the world. To prevent this they made two brazen lions which they placed on Iron pillars by the Door of the Holy of holies, one on the Right and the other on the Left. If anyone entered and learned the Divine Name these lions would roar at him when he came out (see Jeremiah 25:29,30), so that through terror and fright, the Name would be utterly driven out of the mind and forgotten.

Jesus of Nazareth went secretly to Jerusalem, where he learned the Holy Letters of the Divine Name. He wrote them on parchment, and uttering the Name to prevent pain, he cut his flesh and hid the parchment therein. Then, again, pronouncing the Name, he caused the flesh to grow together. As he left the door the lions roared, and the Name was erased from his mind. When he was outside the City he cut his flesh, and drew out the parchment, and when he studied its letters again he learned the Holy Name.” The Legends of Jerusalem.


“Therefore it has been taught that a priest who knows not how to unify the Holy Name cannot perform proper services, for on the achievement of that unity hangs both celestial and terrestrial worship. The priest must therefore strive to concentrate both heart and mind on the attainment of this unification, so that those above and those below might be blessed…

All the countenances of the King are hidden in the depths of darkness, but for those who know perfectly how to unite the Holy Name, all the walls of darkness burst asunder and the diverse countenances of the King are made manifest.” Zohar III.57a.


“The whole mystery of the faith depends upon this: From this comes the knowledge of the Mystery of mysteries, the Secret of secrets, YHVH-Elohim is a full name, and the whole is One. Herein is a Mystery of mysteries to the masters of esoteric knowledge. Blessed are those who endeavor to comprehend the Torah…

This is the sum of the whole mystery of faith, of the whole Torah, of all that is above and below, of the Written and the Oral Torah, all together forming one unity. The essence of the mystery of faith is to know that this is a complete name. This knowledge that YHVH is one with Elohim is the synthesis of the whole Torah” Zohar IV.161a, 161b.

And to fully realize in what way the Name of the Son is one with the Name of the Father and the Mother is to reconcile the Law and the Gospels and to synthesize both into the fabric of one’s own soul.

“And (on the mount and contemplating the horizon), that is what the soul and intellect of Moses our master saw, all around him, and saw from above, the whole Torah, FROM THE BERESHIT (first letter of the words of the Torah), UNTIL THE LAMED, last letter of the word I’SRaEL (last word of the Torah), written in full circle, all the letters near to each other (made of black fire against white fire)…The soul of Moses contemplated them, here and there, trying to locate the beginning of the circle, its end or its middle, but he found nothing, for there does not exist a precise place where one enters the Torah, for it constitutes one whole, and while he contemplated this circle, it (the Torah) was combining itself unceasingly and was producing all sorts of difficult incomprehensible combinations.” Abraham Aboulafia.

In the recitation of the combination of the letters, the NAME in effect becomes like the silhouette or the Face of the named, which itself is as if present. The letters becoming a Face can be illustrated in the form of calligraphy. The recitations also provoke visions of motions and forms that take definite meanings and organize themselves in surprising and disconcerting ways. THE NAMES BECOME A CHAOTIC SCRIPT, WITH CHAINS OF STRANGE INTERLACED SHAPES, IN LINES THAT BECOME KNOTTED AND SHAPED IN GEOMETRIC FORM WITH SYMBOLIC MEANINGS. Thus the names become a sort of archetype of the modern gramme’, and to explore this structure efficiently, it seems that specific topology is needed.

“And the vision he contemplates is in fact YHWH…and that is the meaning of the verse: That is the picture of YHWH that he contemplates,” in other words, he was looking at the letters of this Name and at their mode of being, AND THEY TOLD HIM ALL THAT WAS STILL HIDDEN…The letters are the roots of all wisdom and of all comprehension…and they are by essence the matter of prophecy, they are seen during the prophetic vision like bodies…speaking to man mouth to mouth.” ibid…The Genesis and Geometry of the Labyrinth, by Patrick Conty, pp.78,79.

The Pathway to Tiphereth (Beauty).

There are many volumes of written works, from even before the period of the Renaissance and Reformation, to our own time, dedicated to the subject of the Divine Name and its various interpretations, and to its many magical applications. In them the letters of the Tetragrammaton (Yod-Heh-Vaw-Heh) have been affixed to astrological symbols, and in other ways to the primary geometrical shapes of the created order. Most of these works have not been generally available to those with less than an avid interest in the subject. Many have been the works of Jews writing in Hebrew (and other mostly European languages). Many other volumes have been the work of Christian kabbalists, and those who, over the centuries, were drawn to the practice of perhaps the most secretive of all kabbalistic arts–alchemy. These arts were of the most esoteric and darkly compelling nature, for in the earliest pursuit of them–in the search for the Philosopher’s Stone which it was believed contained the power, the magic elixir, or the necessary ingredient for transforming base metals into gold; possibilities hinted at Job 28:1-3–the very discoveries in chemistry and physics that resulted have brought humanity right into the midst of the Thermo-nuclear age, and to the fullest meaning of the words: For I have a (Fire) to be baptised with, and Oh how I AM STRAITENED until it be accomplished. Luke 12:49,50; Matthew 3:11,12).

…And what will I, if it be already kindled?…Luke 12:49.

“We can do more than we know,” said Roger Bacon. He added, however, a remark that might well be an alchemist’s saying: “Though everything is possible, everything is not permitted.”

For the alchemist it must never be forgotten that power over matter and energy is only a secondary reality. The real aim of the alchemist’s activities…is the transformation of the alchemist himself, his accession to a higher state of consciousness. The material results are only a pledge of the final result, which is spiritual. Everything is oriented toward the transmutation of man himself, toward his deification, HIS FUSION WITH THE DIVINE ENERGY, THE FIXED CENTER FROM WHICH ALL MATERIAL ENERGIES EMANATE. The alchemist’s is that science “with a conscience” of which Rabelais speaks. It is a science which tends to exalt man rather than matter; as Teilhard de Chardin puts it: “The real aim of physics should be to integrate Man as a totality in a coherent representation of the world.”

“Know, O ye investigators of this Art,” wrote a master alchemist, “that the Spirit is all, and that unless within this Spirit another like Spirit is enclosed, no good will come of anything.” The Morning of the Magicians, by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier, pp.73,74.

For our God is a Consuming Fire.

“Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.” (J. Robert Oppenheimer, quoting from Sanskrit literature on seeing the world’s first explosive release of atomic energy at Trinity Site in the southern New Mexico desert known as Jornado del Muerto, the Journey of Death).

“Needless to say, any mystical three-dimensional symbol is only a jumping-off place for grasping an awareness of a higher truth that transcends the physical limitations of space. It is necessary first to recognize the fullness of flat symbols and hold them unfolded in the mind, and then attempt a further unfolding into a higher dimension which transcends our inner visual sense. Since we are incapable of holding a four-dimensional (or higher) image in the mind we must seek an intuitive perception of the mentally examined symbol, a wordless and pictureless apprehension of its fundamental identity. Only in this manner can the true Ineffable Name be approached. Words and mental images are useful signposts along the way but, if we cling to them, they quickly become barriers to a higher awareness of Tetragrammaton…

The tetrahedron is the simplest regular solid body. It has four planes, each of which is defined by an equilateral triangle, and four points where these planes intersect. A letter of IHVH is assigned to each point. If we examine the tetrahedron mentally…it is readily seen that, when considered perpendicularly to any of its edges, it appears to form a cross of equal arms surrounded by a square:

2 Dimensions or 3? (Now allow the mind to go from the visible 3rd dimension to the invisible 4th).

From these examples, it is clear why the kabbalists regarded Tetragrammaton not merely as a blueprint of the world, but as the basic fabric of reality.” Tetragrammaton, pp.23-29.

The preceding illustrations and commentary are from a work entitled, TETRAGRAMMATON, The Secret to Evoking Angelic Powers and the Key to the Apocalypse, by Donald Tyson. The Kabbalah (as everyone who is reading this chapter already knows) has become a very popular topic in our time, and very necessarily so, and as such there are many works as this coming into circulation. Many of them are simply exploitations of the subject and only lead the reader into the (purely humanistic) maze of SELF potentiality (the vertical dimension is missing), In such we discover the next wave of venture-capitalists, of the “new-age” variety, playing with numerical and astrological ideas, with healing and developmental techniques, and with a system of Gnosis, for which they are hardly willing to pay the price. They are trafficking in the Temple. However, many of these works are well studied (as this particular work is), even for reasons the authors themselves cannot yet imagine. I will leave you to them. In these particular illustrations we are able to follow a simple path leading from the conceptual realm, into the material realm, and then back into the conceptual realm again. That is, by following such a geometric pattern out of Mind of Creation–from where all geometrical patterns and mathematical formulas originate–from a realm of no dimensions to one, and then to the immediate formation of a second and then a third, the mind can then make the necessary leap forward into the abstract, conceptual world again–into the invisible, fourth-dimensional domain of the Space-Time continuum, which overshadows and governs from above all that is unfolding in the world below.

We have chosen to present our sense of the subject in the form of a letter that was sent to a Messianic group several years ago, who were in turn (and still are I am sure) zealously dedicated to their own understanding of the Holy Name:

To the brothers and sisters in the Holy Name,

I just happened onto a copy of your magazine, The Master Key, Unlocking Bible Truth. It was the September-October, 1988, edition which included an article entitled “Eliyahs Wanted.” I am quite interested in the subject, as it should be obvious to every student of the scriptures that the spirit of Elijah must appear (again) from somewhere before the coming of King Messiah. Just as Aaron went before Moses, and John the Baptist before the Christ in his time, so the priestly spirit of Elijah must appear again with the coming of Christ, and before the manifestation of the Lord’s anointed ones in our time, as it is written: He hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father. (Revelation 1:6), and as it is also written:

For whomsoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

How then shall they (the Jews) call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they (the Christians and all others) believe in him (D.V.D.) of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

And how shall they (the Remnant on the Left side of the Oracle) preach, except they be sent? as it is (also) written, How beautiful are the Feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and glad tidings of good things…(Romans 10:13-15; Isaiah 52:4-10).

Once when speaking on this subject on the street corners of Brooklyn, New York, an orthodox Jewish man said to me…well first he said to me: “Why do you people keep trying to convert us to this Jesus, when Christianity itself refuses to be converted to its own teachings?” His point was well taken. And then he told me, somewhat jokingly, “When Elijah the prophet appears they will put a net over his head and carry him away.” He may not have been very far from the truth, but I suspect the consequences of such a work will be far more severe. Here he (or they) comes, overturning our most cherished beliefs and opinions, and driving out of us the devils of spiritual pride and religious arrogance. (Who can stand when he appeareth?…Malachi 3:2). And among them the dark spirit of spiritual ignorance itself. Will we put up with such a person, or persons? I should say not. At our best we shall ignore or dismiss them, but if they should prove “seditious” enough we will go ahead and arrest them, and if the times are critical enough (which they will be) we will go ahead and kill them, or consent to it by not speaking up when it happens. But this remnant belongs to the First Resurrection, this second death, or the death of the physical body, cannot harm them. You spoke partly of their situation in your article:

“The Jews in the days of Yashua the messiah, were looking for a personal Eliyah, and they did not recognize the Eliyah who fulfilled prophecy. Today we are confronted with the same condition…”

Their situation is aggravated up to now, however, by the many individuals and groups who claim to represent this spirit in our time. The list, and the many various doctrines they espouse, is long, and it would not serve us to try to name them all here. But each claim in some way to be the Remnant in our time, to have opened up the Seven Seals, and some of them even claim to know how to pronounce the Holy Name itself. And each invariably imply that we must be converted to their doctrines before we can be “saved,” or before we can receive enlightenment. (Like one church that told me unless I was baptised in accordance with their formula my family and I were doomed. Or another well-meaning brother who told me to get baptised again, even after I was baptised again, but this time in the name of “Jesus only”). We must admit it is all quite confusing. It is no wonder that many critically minded people choose to leave the mystery alone…and as well they should, for it has been sealed. Your article, I think, goes on to suggest the same…

“The teachers and preachers of the present day are teaching the return of a personal Elijah (they are?…well some are), and the people as a whole are believing and looking for the miraculous resurrected Elijah the Tishbite, and like the people of the Savior’s day, they will not recognize the person, or persons, sent in the spirit and power and service of Eliyah. They will reject and refuse to listen to them, even doing them violence, so that it behooves us to examine the evidence and identification marks, so that we might be able to identify those sent to fulfill the Eliyah work, that is, to warn the people of impending judgment and to restore righteousness through the everlasting gospel.”


And also was Elias among those sent (by Us).

Behold, he said to his people, Will ye not fear God?

Will ye call upon Ba’al and forsake the best of Creators?

God, your Lord and Cherisher, and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?

But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called upon (for correction),

Except the sincere and devoted Servants of God (among them).

And we left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times.

Thus I was happy to read your following words: “This study is dedicated to the purpose of identifying the modern Eliyah, or rather, the Eliyah movement.” And I knew you would be happy to consider this work entitled An History and a Commentary on the Tree of Life. I believe it can lend something to your already exhaustive research on the subject. You will agree, I am sure, that the Elijah movement will be first of all one of reconciliation. Where it says He shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to the fathers, it must mean that they will know how to gather (not cast out), all things past and present, Jew, Christian, and all others alike, back into the universal dimensions of the Christ mystery…

(And I hope you are not like those who immediately and proudly contend that there “is no mystery,” and that “we need no one to instruct us…for all things have already been revealed to us by the Spirit.” Such high ideas are intended only for those who are not proud or dogmatic about them, and who have already entered into the center of the Christ-mystery itself, by way of the Spirit’s instructions. Such words were not intended for those who have refused to be instructed, and who are still standing outside of the Mystery of the Fellowship of Light…And there are many individuals and groups standing without, who believe they are situated right in the middle. They believe they are looking out, as it were, from their own exclusive position onto a world fallen everywhere around them, and that somehow the world will beat a path to their gate, or at least to their doctrines, in the day of the Lord. And that those who don’t will be lost. These fail to consider that the true Remnant in our time is a number of souls far greater than themselves–a symbolic number of 7,000 to be exact–and that this Remnant will be comprised of individuals who are presently sojourning among all other groups, or no particular group at all. Thus they do not seriously consider the full impact of the words which say: The first shall be last, and the last shall be first, and there shall be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth).

The Remnant in our time will be able to reconcile the teachings of all the ancients to our present beliefs, and most of all to our very urgent needs. Their’s will be a ministry of restoration. They will break down the doctrinal walls of partition that have divided the religious world from itself, and show–in a spirit of love and deep reverence for every religious tradition–how the Mystery of Christ does, indeed, fill all and is all. This means that their view of Christ will be different and far more expansive than the common view which presently keeps us all apart from each other. This Remnant will instruct us in the ways of the ancient mystics, and in the teachings of that group of Essenes who, as Peter said, spoke as the oracles of God. (1 Peter 4:11). We have learned by studying these traditions that the oracles Peter speaks of are all branches from the primary Oracle, the World Tree, the Tree of Life. By studying the oracles we can literally discover the hidden meanings that have been embedded or encoded in every ancient and sacred text, as well as in every ritual and ceremony, and thus the nature of God’s Universal Presence in the affairs of the entire world:

“The exoteric, state-organized section of the Christian church persecuted and stamped out the esoteric section, destroying (almost) every trace of its literature upon which it could lay its hands in striving to eradicate the very memory of gnosis from human history. It is recorded that the baths & bakehouses of Alexandria were fired for six months with the manuscripts from the great library. Very little remains to us of our spiritual heritage in the ancient wisdom. Everything that was above ground was swept away, and it is only (in our time that we are beginning to recover the ancient fragments).

It was not until the fifteenth century, when the power of the Church was beginning to show signs of weakening, that men dared to commit to paper the traditional Wisdom of Israel. Scholars declare that the Qabala is a medieval forgery because they cannot trace a succession of earlier manuscripts, but those who know the manner of working of esoteric fraternities know that a whole cosmogeny and psychology can be conveyed in a glyph which means nothing to the uninitiated. These strange old charts could be handed on from generation to generation, their explanation being communicated verbally, and the true interpretation would never be lost. When in doubt as to the explanation of some abtruse point, reference would be made to the sacred glyph, and meditation thereon would unfold what generations of meditation had ensouled therein. (Please see 2 Corinthians 12:1). It is well known to mystics that if a soul meditates upon a symbol which certain ideas have been associated by past meditation, that one will obtain access to those ideas, even if the glyph has never been elucidated to him by those who have received the oral tradition by mouth to ear.” The Mystical Qabala, by Dion Fortune, Part I.1.

In light of such things I am sure you will be interested in seeing how the Holy Name reveals its meanings again upon the dimensions of the Oracle. We have traced the growth of this Tree from ancient America (where its historic roots are embedded here in the Western ends of the earth), across the dark Atlantic to Britain, and then across Europe to the East–to India and Egypt, and beyond–to the time of Moses. By that time in history all of the universal ideas embodied and ensouled in the Oracle–those things that first began to reveal themselves in Adam, and which were by then governing the religious and political activities of almost the entire ancient world–were finding their particular fulfillment in the rise of that people who would come in time to call themselves by the name of Israel, and who would trace their lineage to that mythico-scientific-and philosophical movement that grew out of the teachings of the Law and the Prophets of Israel. And then we followed the path of this esoteric movement back to America, back to Eden again, in the great Solar/Lunar Mystery of Christ (and into the collective thought-patterns of all the people of Faith who have come back this way in our times). In so doing we have learned how long before the Great Angel of Divine Presence appeared to the world in the time of Christ (upon the limbs of the Cosmic Tree, in the Two-handed form of the Universal Non-violent Yajna-Sacrifice–the Suffering Servant of Israel), it appeared to Moses and Aaron and the elders of Israel in his other more terrible form as the very God of War Himself (a figure the rabbis associate with the person of the Metatron…Exodus 23:20-23; 24:9,10). Which is why the Angel commanded them at that time to walk in every way that God would reveal to them–which meant in the absolutely nonviolent ways of Christ, especially now as we approach the Great Day of the Lord itself. Israel’s journey into the wilderness, then, became in types and images a figure of the Nation-church’s eventual journey in the Mystery of Christ, which would carry it at last to this end of the earth and this fulness of time. (See 1 Corinthians 10:1-12):

Behold,I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the Way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions (if we do not listen): For My Name is in him(Exodus 23:20,21).

ELIJAH…(The Lord, He is God)…ELIAS…(H)ELIOS…The Sun…As Elijah ascended in a Fiery Solar Chariot, so the (higher) mysteries of the Universal Priesthood of Israel ascended in the time of John the Baptist, to descend again in the last days–at the time of the Evening Sacrifice. (See Hebrews, chapter 5):

In the West he is the Lamb of God, the great Universal Non-Violent Sacrifice. In the East He is the Ram, Lord of lords, King of kings, God of War. (Exodus 15:3).

We can see, then, how the Merkabah visions of the first-century mystics (John the Baptist and Paul, and all of their disciples), presaged the words of the Zohar when it speaks many centuries later of the same central meaning of the Mystery of Christ and the Tree of Life:

“It was not Moses, but the Angel of the Covenant who led the children of Israel out of Egypt, and brought them into the promised land, for this Angel was in the pillar and in the cloud, according to the promise which God gave to Moses, our great teacher of blessed memory. In Exodus 23:20 we hear God saying, Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. (see John 14:1-4)…The Great Mystery, How Can Three be One, A commentary on the Zohar, by Rabbi Tzvi Nassi, (pp.55,56).

THE MIDDLE PILLAR (in the Godhead) is the Metatron, who has accomplished peace above…(p.61).

My faithful teacher, R. Simeon ben Jochi, took me into one of the inner chambers of the mystery of the saving knowledge of God, and instructed me that Metatron existed from eternity. (See Colossians 1:3-20)…(p.63).

God said unto Moses, Come up unto the Lord (Exodus 24:1, 12,13); this is Metatron. He is called by the name Metatron because in this name are implied two significations, which indicate his character. He is Lord and messenger. There is a third idea implied in the name Metatron: it signifies a Keeper; for in the Chaldee language, a keeper (or Watchman) is called “Matherath;” and because he is the Keeper (Preserver) of the world, he is called (Ps.121:4) “the Keeper of Israel.” From the signification of his name we learn that he is Lord of all that is below; `because all the hosts of heaven and all things upon the earth are put under his Power and Might.”…(p.61).


And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a Man over against him with his Sword drawn in his hand. And Joshua said unto him, and said, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?

And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith the Lord unto his servant?

And the captain of the Lord’s host said unto Joshua, Loose thy Shoe from off thy Foot; for the place (on the other side of the Sacred River) wherein thou standest is holy, and Joshua did so…(Joshua 5:13-15).


The Life of the flesh is in the blood: I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. (This is the blood of the saints, and of all the righteous in the earth who have ever given their lives for the truth’s sake)...(Leviticus 17:11).


And the Lord called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the Lord, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock…

If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a “male” (understand what this means) without blemish: HE SHALL OFFER IT OF HIS OWN VOLUNTARY WILL AT THE DOOR OF THE TABERNACLE OF THE CONGREGATION BEFORE THE LORD…(Leviticus 1:1-3).

That the precepts of the Book of Leviticus were given in types and images which were not to be interpreted literally, but rather internally, with a Christ-conscious mind, is further evidenced in the words of the prophet:

Bring no more vain oblations, incense is an abomination to me; the new moons, the sabbaths…the calling of assemblies (away with it). It is iniquity, even the solemn meeting…To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Lord. I am full of burnt offering of rams, and the fat of fed beasts, and I delight not in the blood of bullocks or of lambs, or of he-goats. When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand?...(Isaiah 1:11-13).


FOR WHERE IS THE HOUSE THAT YE BUILD ME, for all these things hath My hand made. But to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. He that killeth an ox as if he slew a man, and he that sacrificeth a lamb as if he cut off a dog’s neck. He that offereth an oblation as if he offered swine’s blood. He that burneth incense as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations…(Isaiah 66:1-3).

It is for these reasons the Essenes would not participate in the sacrificial rituals at that temple made-with-human-hands in Palestine, for these sacrifices were being offered continuously in violation of the higher precepts of the Torah. (Nor would the children of Light in those times participate in the rituals of human combat). For all the precepts in Leviticus looked forward in the Oracle to their fulfillment in the Mystery of Christ, in the ordinances of the great Passover, which were to be observed from the time of John the Baptist to our own time, when the true priests of Israel (male and female alike), would bring themselves as a burnt offering to the Lord; when this ever-present Remnant in the earth would be willing to lay down their own lives in the cause of God–in the cause of true justice, and of true love, and of true Peace–all of which have been the ultimate causes of God since the beginning:

And having taken bread (the fruit of the harvest), he gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them saying, THIS IS MY BODY, which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. (In other words, When you lay down your own lives do it in the name of THIS mystery).

Likewise also the cup after supper (likewise the fruit of the harvest, as in the mysteries of Dionysus), saying, This is the New Testament in my blood, which is shed for you. (See Jeremiah 31:31-36)…(Luke 22:19,20).

But how is God’s Name in Christ? And how did this Name come to fill up the thinking of Western civilization itself? What can it mean where it says: There is no other name under heaven whereby men can be saved? Surely we are not saved just by pronouncing a word, for even the children of Darkness can pronounce words. But when we discover the elements of the Name, and their numerical and hieroglyphic connections to the Oracle, the Tree of Life, we discover why the Name could not be spoken aloud in times past–because it was being concealed, and to give any other meaning to it before the proper time would render it of no effect. People would say the word, but nothing would happen, the world would stay the same. When we understand it in light of these present times, however, and in conjunction with the manifestation of the Messiahs on the limbs of the Oracle, we are saved.

God took Moses up into the Mountain of Revelation and showed him, not only the past, when Adam fell from (their) place on the Tree of Life, but far off into the future, to the time of restoration. God showed Moses how the Word would appear to the world in its own Universal Androgynous form at the time of Love and Power–the time of John the Baptist and Paul. And then God showed him the last days when the Mystery would appear to the world again at the time of Endurance (or Victory) and Majesty. God showed Moses how the events of his time were only a foreshadow of those that would occur again in the last days, at the other end of the earth, as it is also written: And Moses was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after. (Hebrews 3:5).

Then the Lord said to Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh (the great world-leader; understand Ezekiel, chapters 29 to 32 in light of the oracles): for with a Strong Hand shall he let them go, and with a Strong Hand shall he drive them out of his land.

And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the Lord. And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty (By the name EL) but by my name YHVH was I not known unto them…(Exodus 6:1-3).

The name EL, or AL, is composed of two letters, Aleph and Lamed, whose numerical equivalents are One and Thirty in the Hebrew Alphabet. We will begin to visualize these letters, as well as the letters of the Tetragrammaton, in their older Proto-Hebrew-Phoenician form in order to add (or recover) the proper historic dimension to their meanings…

That these letters in the left-hand column are the original letters of the Torah, and that they provide the original numerical and hieroglyphic base for all of its secret meanings, is evidenced in the very words of those who also came to disdain their use:

“Ten things were created on the eve of the first sabbath, in the twilight (whether it be in the time of Adam, or the time of Moses): The mouth of the earth, the mouth of the well, the mouth of the ass, the rainbow, manna, the rod, the Shamir, THE SHAPE OF THE WRITTEN CHARACTERS, THE WRITING, AND THE TABLES OF STONE.” The Talmud.

The square block, Chaldean characters with which most everyone is familiar in our time, were not in use at the time of the first sabbath. They did not exist when the Torah was first composed. Thus the complilers of Mishna-Torah must be referring to the original Proto-Hebrew-Phoenician letters (perhaps even without intending to). The square block letters are a later creation (as is the modern “spoken” Hebrew language itself), and were employed by certain scribes in Babylon, in their own very early attempt to erect a fence around the Torah, to conceal its further meanings from the Gentile world, into whose hands it had everywhere “fallen.”

But now Moses was being indoctrinated by the Spirit into a more specific understanding of the Oracle, between its static dimensions if you will, and its historic and prophetic dimensions (beyond the general meanings of the word EL, and into the meaning of the Name YHVH ). He could see the dimensions of the Tree of Life spanning the times from East to West, from Kether to Malkhuth, and he could see in the vast historical space between the two, not only the first gleamings of this new Name, but the general outline of the future itself. Which is why from ancient times until now those in the East read the holy letters, HVHY, from East to West–in the same direction as this great epic of redemption…



EL = Aleph + Lamed = 1 + 30 = 1 + (4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8).

YHVH = 10 + 5 + 6 + 5 (again).

The letter Y, or Yod, whose numerical equivalent is 10, is further symbolic of the Universal Presence of God on the dimensions of the universal Tree of Life, not only from the farthest East to the farthest West, and not only from the Past to the Present, but from the Heavens above to the Earth below, as it is written: Which is the Body, the Fulness of Him that filleth all in all. (Ephesians 1:23). (One must perceive this reality in at least Four-dimensional terms. In other words, not with the eyes, but with the heart and mind. To perceive it in Ten dimensions is to be ONE with the very Mind of the Universe itself…Please consider Chapter 1, part 2).

The second letter in the Holy Name, H, or Heh, is equivalent to the number Five, and to God’s intentions to reveal Himself (Themselves), and the Power of His own Strong Right Arm, not only in the Mystery of Christ, but in the time of Christ itself:

Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ;

Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit…(Ephesians 3:4,5).


Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints…(Colossians 1:26).

And because each of us are created in the image of God, each of us also possess Five digits on our own Right hands, and on our Left, and on both Feet, because it is God’s intention to reveal Themselves to every soul who dwells in Christ, from one end of the earth to the other.

The third letter in the Holy Name, V, or Vaw (or W, Waw), is equivalent to the number Six, and indicates the location of that City on earth (the place named Beauty on the World Tree), in which the Lord God has chosen to dwell, as it is written:

But unto the place which the Lord your God shall choose out of all your tribes TO PUT HIS NAME THERE, even unto His habitation shall ye seek, and thither shalt thou come…(Deuteronomy 12:5).

This City, situated at the center of the Oracle (please see chapter 2), is a reflection of an even higher realization: the Living Presence of God dwelling resplendently in every living thing, and in every living soul, no matter where on Earth each lives. (See it in the oracles):

Know ye not, saith the Lord, that ye (each of you individually, and all of you collectively), are the temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?…(1 Corinthians 3:16).


And what agreement hath the temple of God with (images and imitations, with temples made with human hands)?

For ye (the people) are the Temple of the Living God, as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people…(2 Corinthians 6:16; Leviticus 26:11-13).

The second H in the Holy Name, or the second manifestation of the Power of God’s Right Hand, indicates what is being revealed in the 20th century, at this very time, to those situated around the Feet of the mystery in the West, at those places named Endurance and Majesty on the Tree of Life, as it is written of the Divine Name: I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. (John 12:28).

Now Moses was made to understand that these great things could not come to pass if the Spirit of Elohim (the Spirit of the Divine Mother conjoined with the Father), would not descend to the people, and then with them to the ends of the earth. Thus he saw the words, Ruach Elohim, the Spirit of Elohim, descending to take up its place in the midst of the Holy Name. The numerical value of these two words (RUaCh ALoHIM) is 300 (For R = 200, V = 6, Ch = 8, A = 1, L = 30, H = 5, I = 10, and M = 40, for a total of 300), as is the value of the Hebrew letter Shin. Thus he saw the letter Shin, which now stood for both words, taking its place among the letters Yod Heh Vaw Heh, creating the word YHShWH, the vert letters that will serve to make up the name (J)ehoshua. Now the Name could be pronounced…yet not simply pronounced so much as understood, internally, especially as we see in the next chapter how this name is transformed on the Oracle to the name (Jesus, of Hesus), as it is written: And I will give them a stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth but him that receiveth it. (Revelation 2:17).

“According to this theory, the magical name of Jesus was composed of the same Four Hebrew letters as Tetragrammaton, but with one letter added in the middle, the Hebrew letter Shin…The Fivefold Name, ‘IHShWH’, which can be rendered into English as ‘Yeheshuah,’ was held by the Christian kabbalists of the Renaissance to have deprived Tetragrammaton of all its power, even as Jesus Christ had supplanted the jealous God of the Hebrews (which he hadn’t; witness the events of the 20th century) and the Gospels had displaced the Old Testament (which they havn’t…”I set before thee death and Life”).

This view was first explicitly set forth by Giovanni Pico della Mirandola (1463-94) in his seminal seventy-two Conclusions on the kabbalah, published in 1486. In the fourteenth conclusion, he argued that the insertion of the “shin” into Tetragrammaton represents the descent of the fiery holy Spirit into the fourfold realm of matter–the incarnation of God in human flesh. Pico held that the addition of the Shin made the previously ineffable IHWH pronounceable.

This premise was defended by the first great non-Jewish kabbalist Johannes Reuchlin (1455-1522) in his highly influential work De Verbo Merifico (On the Wonder Working Word)…and his later work De Arte Cabalistica (On the Science of the Kabbalah)…Reuchlin held that with the birth of Jesus, the name of the Four letters had been rendered powerless, its abilities to cause miracles having passed into the name Jesus. This is why in the Gospels the name of Jesus has such force in casting out demons…and healing the sick. By using the holy tongue, Hebrew, and the numerical methods of the kabbalah, Reuchlin maintained that the truthes of Christian doctrine could be proved and, more than this, that all occult secrets could be laid bare…

Hence Christ saith, ‘whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give you;’ and after his resurrection saith, ‘In my name they shall cast out devils’…so that the name of Four letters is no longer necessary, the whole virtue thereof being translated into the name Jesus…Neither is there any other (as Peter saith) under heaven given unto men, by which they may be saved.” Tetragrammaton, pp. 47-49.

It was Moses’ task, then, to both reveal and conceal these things until the times were full. So he called one Oshea (spelled HWShA…Heh Vaw Shin Ayin), whose name grew out of the root word Y’ShA (Yod Shin Ayin). (Please see its form in the paleo-Hebrew script). We notice that the last letter in the old-Hebrew form of this word, Ayin, also forms a Circle, one that would be complete when the the Nation-Church finally completed its journey back across the sea to Eden, to the land we now call America. The word Y’ShA means, “to be open, wide, or free, to be safe, to be avenged, helped, and delivered, to be preserved, and saved”–all the things we either are, or imagine ourselves to be in Christ.

And Moses called Oshea (or HWShA) the son of Nun, Jehoshua (YHWShWA)(Numbers 13:16).

A Yod was added to the name, and another Vaw. Now we see what the Spirit has done with the Name. The name Oshea (or HWShA) already contained an Heh, or a number Five, indicative of the Power invested in this captain of the “armies” of Israel, but the name Jehoshua (Yod Heh Vaw Shin Vaw Ayin), or (YHWShWA), containing two Vaws, was sufficient to carry the mind of the Nation-Church across two periods of time to the ends of the earth, and to the day wherein the Spirit would reveal not only the significance of the second H, but the meaning of all the other letters in the Holy Name…

Containing two Vaws, or two letters equal to the number Six, the name Jehoshua, or YHWShWA, reveals how the children of Israel were directed to go Twice up into the Holy Mountain, and to the city named Beauty: once in Old Testament times under Jehoshua, and again in the time of Christ, as it is also written:

Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: FOR SHE HAS RECEIVED OF THE LORD’S HANDS DOUBLE FOR ALL HER SINS(Isaiah 40:2).

The first ascent prefigured the second. Thus we open the Book of Joshua in Old Testament times (please do so in the KJV of the scriptures), but to fully understand it in the the light of history we must open it again from the time of Christ to the present, as it is also written:

The Mighty God hath spoken and called the earth from the Rising of the Sun unto the going down thereof,

Out of Zion the Perfection of Beauty God hath shined(Psalm 50:1,2).

This second ascent into the Mystery did not only carry the Nation-Church up into the regions o f the Holy City (to a gathering not a dispersion), but passed it to the great Falling Away here in the West. It has brought the Nation-Church to all of the great terrible events, as well as to the great revelations of the Twentieth century…

Thus it was no mere coincidence that one of the pioneers of quantum physics, Max Planck, assigned the letter “h” to his equation defining the essential particle, or measurement of Energy–out of which all other elements of nature are formed. (Nor is it just coincidence that there have been recent speculations concerning the possibility that there are Five forces governing the activities of the material universe instead of Four. Although this Fifth force–which the Oracle seems to require, and which has the effect of guarding the Door as it were, between these dimensions of reality and the next, or between our world and the world beyond, allowing particles of Mind/Light to pass through, while impeding the passage of heavier, material particles–has yet to completely yield itself to the measurements of science, it will eventually be measured in the context of the combined Force(s) and Dimensions that comprise the Consciousness of Nature itself–God):

Four Outwardly Expanding Dimensions, and therefore (1 – 2 -3 -4 – 5) Five Forces.

Astronomers announced yesterday they had found strong new evidence that a theory Albert Einstein proposed but later discarded might have been right after all, providing crucial new clues to the fundamental nature and eventual fate of the cosmos.

A detailed analysis of Light from ancient exploding stars has yielded powerful support for the idea that recently discovered “DARK ENERGY” THAT PERVADES THE UNIVERSE might be what Einstein originally dubbed THE “COSMOLOGICAL CONSTANT.” If confirmed the findings support theories that the cosmos will continue its slow expansion toward nothingness (Heaven and earth shall pass away) instead of violently ripping apart or collapsing, astronomers said.

The results were hailed as piviton new data that will help answer the most pressing and profound questions about the universe, SUCH AS WHAT MAKES UP THE VOID AND WHAT EVENTUALLY WILL HAPPEN TO IT…

We might also note that the word ADONAY (Lord), which was substituted for the Ineffable Name in the ancient Hebrew texts, also has its significance on the Tree of Life. But first, we must see that just as the Hebrew mysteries were sown into human consciousness along the 22 pathways of the Tree of Life, employing the 22 letters of the ancient Hebrew alphabet, the form of the letters themselves were transmuted in time into Greek and Latin (and therefore the Gospels), and afterwards into English. The Divine Name was committed to the Oracles in Hebrew, but it can only be interpreted in our time through the 26 letters of the English alphabet. (English, of course, did not even exist as a language in the time of Christ, but it was created by the Spirit in these last times for just such a purpose). The Name Y + H + V + H = 26, just as the Four sefirot on the Central Pillar of the Tree of Life also equal 26. (1 + 6 + 9 + 10 = 26).

From ancient Hebrew, to Greek and Latin, to English (the unknown tongue).

ADONAY is spelled Aleph, Dalet, Nun, Yod (A, D, N, Y), 1 + 4 + 50 + 10 = 55 + 10.

From ADOWN, Aleph, Dalet, Waw, Nun (A, D, W, N), 1 + 4 + 6 + 50 = 55 + 6.

From ADON, Aleph, Dalet, Nun (A, D, N), meaning Sovereign Ruler, 1 + 4 + 50 = 55.

Just as the Fibbonaci series (the equations of the Golden Mean) when carried out to the tenth place equal 55, so the emanations or sefirot of the Tree of Life, when added up, 1 through 10, and comprehended in terms of the whole sum of Divine reality, both visible and invisible, total 55 .

“Now the earth had been void (Tohu–Chaos) and without form (Bohu-Formlessness)…The Spirit of God is a Holy Spirit that proceedeth from Elohim Hayyim (the Living God inhabiting the Chariot), and this was hovering over the face of the waters. (See Jeremiah 4:23-26; Revelation 17:15). When this Wind blew a certain layer rose to the top. When Tohu had been sifted and purified, there issued from it ‘a great and strong wind rending the mountains and breaking in pieces the rocks,’ like that which Elijah saw. Similarly Bohu was sifted and purified, and there issued from it ‘an earthquake,’ as with Elijah. Then what we call ‘Darkness’ was sifted, and there was contained in it Fire, just as to Elijah there appeared fire after the earthquake. When what we call ‘spirit’ was sifted, there was contained in it ‘a still small voice.’

Spirit is the voice which rests on Bohu, and grasps it and guides it as required. This is symbolized in the words ‘The Voice of the Lord is upon the waters,’ (Psalm 29:3), and again, ‘The Spirit of the Lord was hovering over the face of the waters.’ (Genesis 1:2). By ‘Face of the waters is meant ‘a Stone’ sunk in the abyss, so called because waters issue from it (the Navel of the Earth…see John 4:14; 7:38). Thus each was provided as befitted. Tohu is under the aegis of the name Shaddai; Bohu under the name Sabaoth; Darkness under the name Elohim, Spirit under that of YHVH.

Now we understand what happened to Elijah. There was a strong wind breaking the mountains, but the Lord was not in the wind. This is Shaddai. After the wind was a quaking, but the Lord was not in the quaking. This is Sabaoth. After the quaking there was a fire. But the Lord was not in the fire. This is Elohim from the side of Darkness. ‘And after the fire was a still small voice.’ And here at last was found the name YHVH. Zohar I.16a, 16b.
